There are two (2) restrooms located in the mall. One (1) is located on the Second Level next to Ann Taylor and Cache. The second one (1) is located in FOOD31 next to Burger King. Restrooms are also available in Sears, Nordstrom and Macy's.
Banking and ATM's
Wells Fargo and Citibank are located on Hillsdale Boulevard. A Wells Fargo is also located on El Camino Real near Sears. The Hillsdale Shopping Center offers two (2) ATM's for your convenience: one (1) beneath the Main Escalators and near M.A.C. Cosmetics and the other one (1) at the Main Entrance of Nordstrom.

There are two (2) accessible elevators as follows: One (1) is located on the Upper Level near Sears or Lower Level of FOOD31 next to Pita Gyros. The other elevator (1) is located in Macy's Center Court across from Ben Bridge Jewelers and Michael Kors.

For your convenience, over 5,640 parking spaces are available on all sides of the Hillsdale Shopping Center. Covered parking is available near Macy's and Nordstrom on East and West Sailer Drives. Parking is free.

The Customer Service Center
Need help finding a store? Looking to purchase a Gift Card? Need to borrow a free Kiddie Kruzzer stroller or wheel chair? It's all available at the Customer Service Center. Eco-friendly tote bags are also available for purchase. The Customer Service Center/California Welcome Center is open daily to serve you during all mall hours, Monday through Saturday, 10am-9m and Sunday, 11am-7pm. Kids 12 and under are invited to join Hillsdale's Kid's Club Program - membership is free!

California Welcome Center
The official California Welcome Center is operated daily by the San Mateo County/Silicon Valley Convention & Visitor's Bureau within our Customer Service Center, located on the lower level next to Kay Jewelers during all mall hours.
