The Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store in the absence of the General Manager. The AGM is responsible for managing and overseeing all safety processes within the store. The AGM ensures an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications include: 

  • Minimum of AA degree, BA or BS desired or 5 years relevant experience at operation management level in retail or hospitality industry; basic IT skills and experience Is required.
  • Budgeting and math skills and knowledge of profit & loss statements (P&Ls)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Quick learner, able to master our product technically and operationally
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
  • Good planning skill, organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Excellent inter-personal and client services skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Store Specialist

The Store Specialist assists both the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager in the day-to-day operations. The lead will be required for opening and closing the store on any days the General Manager or Assistant General Manager is not scheduled or not on shift.

Part-Time Store Guides

The Part-Time Store Guides assist managers or shift leads in the operation of the store. Specifically, they will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting guests with their VR gear and providing thorough instructions on how to play in the VR world. Our Guides will also control the experience from the computer to make sure it is running smoothly at all times.

Qualifications include: 

  • High school diploma or above
  • 1-2 years experience in Customer service industries preferred
  • Problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Quick learner, able to master our product technically and operationally
