The Hillsdale Shopping Center Facebook and Instagram “SPOT THE EASTER EGGS SOCIAL MEDIA CONTEST” runs FRIDAY, MARCH 19, 2021 at 12:00PM PST through THURSDAY, MARCH 25, 2021 at 12:00PM PST. Applicants are entered to win (1) gift card OR (1) gift. A total of (7) winners will be chosen. 

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 1. Entrants must enter on Facebook or Instagram to be eligible to win prizes.
   2. One (1) entry per person.
   3. All ages can participate.
   4. No purchase necessary to participate.
   5. A total of 7 prizes will be given out. Applicants are entered to win (1) gift card from either Claire’s or Blossoms & Botanicals OR (1) Easter themed gift. A total of (7) winners will be chosen.
   6. Winners will be notified by Friday, March 26, 2021 via Facebook or Instagram direct messages.
   7. Entries missing a valid Facebook or Instagram and email address will be disqualified.
   8. Entrants must like and comment on Hillsdale Shopping Center’s Facebook/Instagram contest post AND tag a friend to qualify for contest.
   9. Individual/Guardian of winner must bring winner notification email and valid ID to our Concierge to redeem prize within 30 days of notification.
   10. Employees of Hillsdale Shopping Center, Bohannon Development Company and their families are not eligible to participate or win.
   11. All events are subject to change without notice.
   12. The contest entrant also acknowledges giving parental consent and releases Hillsdale from any and all liability in connection with this Contest. Hillsdale Shopping Center does not encourage and shall have no liability for the submission of any content (“Third Party Content”) to the Hillsdale Shopping Center Page (“Page”) which infringes the rights of any third party, violates any law or other legal authority, is false and/or misleading in any manner or fails to comply with Facebook’s OR Instagram’s Terms and Conditions. By viewing the Page, you acknowledge that any content uploaded by anyone other than Hillsdale Shopping Center is the creation/views/responsibility of the submitter, and not Hillsdale Shopping Center.
   13. Submission of any Third Party Content grants Hillsdale Shopping Center and its agents an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, license and right to publish, use, publicly perform such content, or any idea contained therein, or any portion thereof, in any way, in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, without territorial, time or other limitation, for commercial, advertising/promotional or any other purposes, without consideration to the submitter.
   14. Hillsdale Shopping Center reserves the right to adopt additional terms or rules and to change or modify these terms or rules at any time.

PRIVACY POLICY

Home and email addresses are for the sole use by Hillsdale Shopping Center for communicating with participants. Emails will not be shared with a third party at any time. There is no fee for participating in the Facebook/Instagram “SPOT THE EASTER EGGS SOCIAL MEDIA CONTEST”. However, photos and videos may be taken at time of prize redemption and used in promotion for future events.
