 The Hillsdale Shopping Center “KIDS ART CONTEST” runs FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2020 at 9:00AM PST through MONDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2020 at 9:00PM PST. Applicants are entered to win a $100 Hillsdale Shopping Center gift card.

OFFICIAL RULES

Contest Runs: Friday, September 25 – Monday, October 5, 2020 | ends at 9pm on Monday, October 5, 2020

• This contest is open to children ages 3-11 years old as of Friday, September 25, 2020.
• One entry per child.
• All submissions must include a photograph of the finished artwork and also a completed entry form, including child’s name, age, parent/guardian’s name, phone number and email. Any entries missing the above requirements will be disqualified.
• Submit a photograph of the finished artwork and entry form to: yocelyne.mendoza@hillsdale.com no later than Monday, October 5, 2020 at 9pm.
• All artwork entries must be original and entirely created by the entrant.
• One winner per age group (ages 3-4, 5-7, 8-11) will be awarded a $100 Hillsdale Shopping Center Gift Card. A total of 3 prizes will be given away.
• Artwork will be evaluated by Hillsdale Shopping Center, and the final selection is at the discretion of Hillsdale’s official judging.
• Winners will be notified by email no later than Saturday, October 10, 2020.
• Guardian of winner must bring winner notification email and valid ID to our Concierge to redeem prize within 30 days of notification.
• All entries become the property of Hillsdale Shopping Center and may be used or reproduced in any manner and for any purpose by Hillsdale Shopping Center without additional consent or compensation and will not be acknowledged or returned.
• By participating, contest entrants: (1) represent that they have complied with these Official Contest Rules; (2) have received parental consent and grant Hillsdale Shopping Center the right to use his or her first name and age, and artwork; (3) release Hillsdale Shopping Center from any and all liability in connection with this Contest.
• Additional exclusions and regulations may apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Applicants must enter on hillsdale.com to be eligible to win prizes.
2. Winners will be contacted via email with instructions on how to redeem their prize.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Participants must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years or older to participate.
5. Your photo ID and proof of email will be required at the time of prize redemption.
6. Your prize cannot be returned for cash or credit.
7. Prizes and the winner selection process are subject to change without notice.
8. Upon redemption, winners will be required to sign a notice. By signing this notice and submitting to the Concierge at the time of redemption, you are verifying receipt and possession of your prize.
9. By participating in the “KIDS ART CONTEST”, you are providing information for the sole use of Hillsdale Shopping Center.
10. Employees of Hillsdale Shopping Center, Bohannon Development Company, and their families are NOT eligible to win.
11. Hillsdale Shopping Center does not encourage and shall have no liability for the submission of any content (“Third Party Content”) to the Hillsdale Shopping Center Page (“Page”) which infringes the rights of any third party, violates any law or other legal authority, is false and/or misleading in any manner or fails to comply with Facebook’s Terms and Conditions. By viewing the Page, you acknowledge that any content uploaded by anyone other than Hillsdale Shopping Center is the creation/views/responsibility of the submitter, and not Hillsdale Shopping Center.
12. Submission of any Third Party Content grants Hillsdale Shopping Center and its agents an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, license and right to publish, use, publicly perform such content, or any idea contained therein, or any portion thereof, in any way, in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, without territorial, time or other limitation, for commercial, advertising/promotional or any other purposes, without consideration to the submitter.
13. Hillsdale Shopping Center reserves the right to adopt additional terms or rules and to change or modify these terms or rules at any time.

PRIVACY POLICY

Home and email addresses are for the sole use by Hillsdale Shopping Center for communicating with participants. Emails will not be shared with a third party at any time. There is no fee for participating in the “KIDS ART CONTEST”. However, photos and videos may be taken at time of prize redemption and used in promotion for future events.
