Code of Conduct

Thank you for choosing Hillsdale Shopping Center as your destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Please be reminded that all of Hillsdale Shopping Center is private property, including sidewalks, internal streets, and parking garages, and Owner reserves all rights under California law. For the enjoyment, safety, and welfare of all customers, and guests, please respect California state laws, local ordinances, and the following rules:

  • Shoes and shirts are required.
  • Disruptive conduct, including, but not limited to the use of offensive language or gestures, or any threatening, intimidating, destructive, or defacing behavior is prohibited. This includes the any actions that may create a hazard or danger to other persons or property such as loud motor vehicles, speeding, burnouts, reckless driving, or sideshow activities. 
  • Running, bicycling, rollerblading, and the use of scooters and skateboards are prohibited on the Shopping Center property.
  • No solicitation without formal, written permission of Center Management. 
  • Pets and service animals are welcome. All pets must be on a leash and are not allowed where food is served. Pet owners must clean up after pets. 
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited per current City regulations.
  • No littering. All rubbish should be disposed in garbage cans. 
  • Flying drones is prohibited on property.
  • Possession of open alcoholic beverages, except in formally designated areas, is prohibited.
  • Photography or videos are NOT permitted without prior approval by Center Management. 
  • Please refrain from sitting on planters, railings, trash cans, stairs, floors, and escalators. 
  • Parking on sidewalks or  in 'No Parking' areas is prohibited.
  • Please do not park on the property after closing. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at Owner's expense.
